Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County is excited to announce the return of the Al Haimbach Memorial Golf Classic on Monday, June 9, at Chatham Hills Country Club in Westfield. This event brings together golfers and community supporters for a day of camaraderie, sportsmanship and philanthropy — all in support of providing health-specific meals to seniors and those with disabilities facing food insecurity.

Participants will enjoy a round of golf, breakfast, lunch, a silent auction and an awards ceremony, with proceeds directly funding nutritious meals for elderly and residents with disabilities of Hamilton County. This year’s tournament holds special significance as Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County celebrates 50 years of service, ensuring individuals served can continue living independently with access to reliable, nourishing meals.
“The Al Haimbach Memorial Golf Classic is more than just a game. It’s a lifeline for those who depend on us,” said Beth Gehlhausen, Executive Director of Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County. “Every swing, every putt and every sponsorship helps us provide meals to those in need, reinforcing our commitment to fighting food insecurity in Hamilton County.”
The event also offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities, allowing businesses and individuals to support the cause while gaining visibility in the community. Those interested in participating, sponsoring or donating silent auction items can call (317) 776-7159 or visit mealsonwheelshc.org/golf-outing for more details.
All are welcome to join Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County for a day of golf with a purpose and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of Hamilton County’s homebound residents!
